Features:
a) Extruding device adopts a variable frequency motor which can meet the requirements of the screw's rotation change during the blowing process. A screw with a high slenderness ratio can be used to process various materials and has excellent plasticizing ability, high production capacity, and low energy consumption. The barrel utilizes a resistance heater controlled by a computer to heat quickly, evenly, and steadily.
b) By incorporating different heads in a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, products with visible strip lines or double layers can be blown.
c) The mold clamping device features a toggle type and linear guider. With a double station, the mold platen moves faster and more steadily.
d) An improved hydraulic oil loop design results in power savings, rapidity, and stability.
e) The installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are convenient. The machine is equipped with a removable and mobile oil tank.
f) The entire machine is computer-controlled. The hydraulic system utilizes double proportional control, providing fault automatic alarms, reliable operation, high automation, and the ability to store data for up to 40 sets of molds.
g) Three operation modes - "Manual," "Semi-Auto," and "Full Auto" - are available for selection.
h) The safety door incorporates electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mold closing when the safety door is open, ensuring safe and reliable operations.
i) This machine offers two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting.
